The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a creative and resourceful Talent Acquisition Intern who is passionate in Recruiting to join us! You will be part of our APAC Talent Acquisition Team where you assist in candidate research, pre-screening, interview coordination, career fairs / events , and reporting throughout the 6-months internship period with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders across APAC and learn from them.
Responsibilities:
Proactive Candidate Research: Assist Talent Acquisition Partner in researching / surfacing suitable candidates based on the hiring requirements through various channels such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, etc.
Pre-Screening: Assist Talent Acquisition Partner in candidate screening, job fit validation, and other relevant assessment.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
Career Fairs / Events: Assist Talent Acquisition Partner to coordinate career fairs / events while working closely with our Early in Career Partner.
Report Generation: Assist in the creation of relevant reports and analytics.
Administrative: Assist Talent Acquisition Partner in administrative duties that deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
