Weโre partnering with a well-established organization to hire a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** to support a high-volume recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, candidate interaction, and keeping hiring processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
**What Youโll Do**
+ Support Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and scheduling needs
+ Create and review job requisitions for accuracy in the applicant tracking system
+ Post open roles to internal and external job boards
+ Assist with candidate screening and status updates in the ATS
+ Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews
+ Coordinate interview logistics, including travel when needed
+ Draft offer letters using company templates
+ Create basic recruitment marketing materials (flyers, postings, etc.)
+ Provide a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
+ Assist with additional recruiting or administrative tasks as assigned
**What Weโre Looking For**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ **2+ years of experience** in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles with heavy scheduling
+ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS, UKG Pro, or similar)
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
+ Excellent organization and time-management skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
+ Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
