Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting and screening candidates, create compelling PowerPoint presentations, analyze and process invoices, and manage departmental finances. This role involves initiating new vendor setups for accounting, evaluating Talent Acquisition processes, and suggesting improvements. Additionally, the coordinator will partner with colleagues on various projects, administer new hire surveys, compile weekly requisition reports, and adhere to strict deadlines while handling confidential materials.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting and screening candidates as needed.Create and design PowerPoint presentations.Analyze and process financial invoices.Manage the department's PCard.Initiate new vendor setups for accounting purposes.Evaluate and suggest improvements for Talent Acquisition processes.Partner with colleagues or independently oversee various projects.Administer and analyze new hire surveys on an as-needed basis.Compile and distribute weekly requisition reports.Adhere to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and handle confidential materials.Multitask effectively in a demanding environment with strong organizational skills.Participate in Talent Acquisition staff meetings and attend other relevant meetings or seminars.Support business objectives through other duties and projects as assigned.Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant field.3+ years of experience in a fast-paced professional work environment in an administrative capacity.Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices.Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or HR Administrator.Proficiency in using professional social networks like LinkedIn.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for Workday.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.Ability to manage data with confidentiality.Strong attention to detail, solid communication, and excellent problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to support Executives effectively.Experience with applicant tracking systems.Comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to balance multiple objectives, projects, and goals simultaneously.Ability to collaborate with remote team members and hiring managers.Work Environment
The position is 100% remote, but candidates should be local to the STL area. The role is based out of the corporate headquarters in STL, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
