As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll provide vital support across all stages of the hiring process—from scheduling interviews to onboarding new hires—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant process. What You’ll DoPartner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience.Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams; arrange travel and process reimbursements when needed.Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9s are completed accurately and on time.Conduct audits for accuracy and compliance throughout the process.Facilitate new hire orientation for assigned locations.Schedule and track drug tests, physicals, and monitor background check results.Maintain on-site files, including historical I-9 originals and requisition documentation.Administer or assist with employment tests as required.What We’re Looking ForCustomer-focused communicator who creates a welcoming environment for candidates.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Tech-savvy with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.Skills & QualificationsTalent acquisition and onboarding experience.Excellent customer service skills.Familiarity with recruiting technologies and compliance processes.Intermediate-level experience in a similar role.Why You’ll Love Working HereBe part of a team that values collaboration and innovation.Make a real impact on the candidate experience and organizational success.Opportunities for growth and development in Talent Acquisition.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.41 - $25.00/hr.
