As a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** , you’ll be empowered to take ownership of interview scheduling and play a critical role in enabling our recruiters to focus on strategic hiring activities. This is a unique opportunity to help design and implement processes that reduce administrative burden and improve overall team efficiency. **What You’ll Do** + **Lead and manage interview scheduling** across a wide range of roles - from entry-level to senior leadership - ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. + Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts proactively. + Take initiative to **design and implement scheduling workflows** and coordination structures that improve speed, accuracy, and transparency. + Support hiring and onboarding logistics such as training coordination and calendar management for new hires. + Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders in both Japanese and English. + Deliver high-quality work by following established procedures while contributing ideas to improve them. **Why This Role Matters** Interview scheduling is more than just logistics—it’s a strategic function that directly impacts our ability to attract and hire top talent.
