Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Biotech (Fully Remote, Contract Role)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveTalent Acquisition Coordinatorto join a dynamic biotech team. This fully remote contract role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience by managing interview logistics, supporting recruiters, and maintaining data accuracy across recruiting systems. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational excellence and candidate engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterview CoordinationSchedule virtual and panel interviews with speed, accuracy, and professionalism, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.Candidate ExperiencePartner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience.ATS ManagementManage job postings and candidate workflows using Greenhouse ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Resume ReviewAssist recruiters by screening resumes for alignment with role-specific criteria.Data & ComplianceAudit requisitions and candidate records to maintain accuracy and compliance with hiring standards.Candidate CommunicationServe as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and professional communication.Reporting & DashboardsMaintain scheduling dashboards and recruiting reports to support visibility and efficiency across the team.Travel CoordinationCoordinate candidate travel and logistics when required.Process ImprovementIdentify and recommend enhancements to improve candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager experiences.Project SupportContribute to initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, process optimization, and hiring enablement.Required Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience with resume screening and candidate qualification.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.Customer service-oriented with a professional and empathetic approach.Experience supporting multiple recruiters or hiring teams is a plus.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.Experience coordinating logistics for hiring events, career fairs, or university recruiting.Familiarity with biotech industry hiring practices is a plus.Work Environment & Role DetailsFully Remote: This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.Contract Position: Initially a contract role with potential for permanent placement based on performance.Team Structure: You will report to and train with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The broader People Operations team includes remote leadership, so independent work and strong communication are essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
