You work in Mondelēz International Digital Services and perform administrative duties to support an impeccable service experience. In addition, you ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

How you will contribute

You will be responsible for the daily administration and operational support for processes in your area of responsibility, ensuring that deadlines are met and service quality is delivered. To excel in this role, you will also ensure that activities are completed in compliance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements, including data privacy considerations. You will also work with other team members to ensure that end-to-end processes are efficient and accurate, including data input and maintenance, that access requests and issues are handled promptly, and that continuous improvement opportunities are identified and acted on.

Responsabilidades principales:

Gestionar Requisiciones a través de la herramienta Workday, para asegurar el seguimiento exhaustivo de las solicitudes de los gerentes de contratación hasta su completa resolución.Supervisar la ejecución del proceso de verificación de antecedentes en colaboración con proveedores externos, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de Mondelēz para la incorporación de nuevos empleados.Realizar un seguimiento proactivo con los candidatos para asegurar la entrega oportuna y correcta de la documentación necesaria para su contratación.Logística de Incorporación: Gestionar integralmente la logística de incorporación de los candidatos, desde la solicitud inicial de documentos hasta la coordinación del día de inicio laboral, asegurando una buena experiencia al candidato.Gestionar y procesar la información del candidato con el departamento de nómina, asegurando la correcta inclusión del nuevo empleado en el sistema.Gestionar el ciclo completo del proceso de contratación, desde la selección del candidato hasta su incorporación efectiva, garantizando una experiencia fluida y positiva para todas las partes involucradas.Administrar y procesar los movimientos internos de personal en el sistema, asegurando la correcta actualización de la información y el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología o afín.Al menos 1 año de experiencia (puede incluir prácticas profesionales o internships).Inglés intermedio-avanzado.Fuertes habilidades de organización y priorización de tareas.Sentido de urgencia y trabajo bajo presión.Gusto por el servicio al cliente interno y externo (managers, reclutadores, candidatos).Tacto humano y actitud de servicio.Experiencia usando Workday (preferible).
