Looking for a recruitment role where you can focus on delivering great hiring outcomes through strong process and organisation? We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our New Zealand team in Auckland, supporting high-volume recruitment across the business.
This role is about keeping hiring moving — managing multiple roles at once, working closely with hiring managers, and making sure every stage of the recruitment process runs smoothly and consistently.
What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of roles, from advertising through to offer, including, but not limited to, a focus on Early Careers professionals.Partner with local Māori and Pasifika associations, and Universities, maintaining our existing relationships to ensure appropriate visibility and representation. Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and coordinate interviews and hiring decisionsSource and screen candidates while maintaining a positive and professional candidate experienceKeep recruitment activity organised and accurate through strong process and system managementWhat you’ll bring:
Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a busy environmentStrong attention to detail and a structured way of workingConfidence using recruitment systems (Workday helpful but not essential)Clear communication and a team-focused approachReady to bring ideas to life?
