Talent Acquisition Associate (Property Management Hiring) Job ID 219354 Posted 02-Jun-2025 Role type Full-time Areas of Interest People/Human Resources Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong The role of the Talent Acquisition Advisor is to work with key business leaders/hiring managers in developing a strategic approach to recruitment. The role plays a pivotal role improving the quality of talent acquisition practices and leverages direct sourcing to ensure CBRE recruit talent in order to maintain a competitive edge. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** **I. Recruitment delivery - contract and permanent hires** + Conduct a thorough job brief from the Hiring Manager(s) to understand the requirements of the role and target candidate profile + Candidate attraction and sourcing + Advertise on internal and external job boards + Proactive direct sourcing; searching resume databases and or local job boards, approaching suitable prospects, pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs + Arrange recruitment activities such as job fairs and attend external job fairs to recruit suitable candidates + Explore potential recruitment channels, and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising, social media, job fairs and recruitment channels + Promote the Employee Referral Program and other recruitment programs to generate suitable candidates from CBRE Employee networks + Consult Hiring Managers to assist in market mapping talent within competitors + Screen and qualify candidates, present shortlists to the Hiring Manager/s and interview as needed + Coordinate interviews, support and provide guidance to the Hiring Manager on the assessment and selection process in line with CBRE standards + Reduce the risk in selection by completing references, background checks or coordinates pre-employment screening for compliance purposes + Advise the Hiring Manager on remuneration package details within approved budget and market rates + May extend offer and negotiate terms with the candidate + Provides timely feedback to the candidate maintaining engagement levels and a positive experience **II. HR and recruitment operations** + Supports the headcount approval process + Assists the business with Job Descriptions + Coordinate and/or manage the end-to-end talent acquisition and operations process with Shared Service Team (SSC) in Malaysia + Makes recommendations to improve recruitment process including reviewing policies and procedures + Researches and maintains current recruitment, employment market knowledge and local labour law + Ensure all information and data is correctly input and up-to-date in our recruitment system Avature **III. Relationship and stakeholder management** + Partners with Hiring Managers to understand the commercial needs of the business and the impact of recruiting talent in their service line + Builds and maintains relationships with key Hiring Managers + Coaches and advises the business industry standards, best practice and internal CBRE protocol + Provides Labour law interpretation and advice to the Hiring Manager to make wise selection decisions + Escalates and challenges appropriately, highlighting risks to CBRE + Works with the People team to achieve and deliver successful business outcomes + Maintains relationships with candidates in talent pools interested in working at CBRE + Maintains good relationships with external training organization for future candidates' referrals or recruitment program /activities + Champions the CBRE Employment brand + Responds and provides timely feedback to applicants **REQUIREMENTS** + Minimum 2 years of recruitment related work experience. Experience in mass recruitment would be an advantage. + Advanced communication skills + Ability to prioritize the hiring requirements + Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders + Demonstrates and delivers best practice recruitment expertise + Excellent networking and strong interpersonal skills to communicate + Solutions focused, team player, organized and efficient + Strong relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills + Good systems experience; working knowledge of PeopleSoft (ideal), recruitment databases and Microsoft Office (including excel functions) + Business or HR related Qualifications are highly regarded.
