JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Associate is accountable for executing diverse recruitment activities to furnish line managers with a qualified applicant pool and for negotiating and finalizing contracts with candidates. He/she exemplifies high ethical standards and personal integrity, demonstrates a positive and proactive communication style to foster effective relationships within and across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience while adhering to company hiring policies.
- Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, utilizing predefined criteria and job descriptions to shortlist potential hires.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing multiple calendars and ensuring timely communication with all parties.
- Conduct interviews for entry-level vacancies to assess candidate fit, focusing on skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication by providing updates on job openings and company news.
- Create a talent pool per department to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities, representing the company professionally, and engaging with prospective candidates. Collaborate with external recruitment agencies to source specialized talent, negotiate terms, and manage relationships for optimal recruitment outcomes.
- Support employer branding initiatives by contributing to social media campaigns, career site content, and other marketing efforts to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including preparing recruitment reports, processing candidate documentation, and coordinating onboarding activities.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
SHRM and CIPD certifications are a plus.

Zero to two years of experience in Recruitment, or a similar role.
