ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the team in attracting, sourcing and selecting quality talent who help the business achieve their strategic objectives.

ROLE PROFILE

Support team in sourcing external talent for current and future positionsEnsure the potential talent pool is at a sufficient level to fulfil organization needsSupports in the implementation in the annual recruitment plan based on the manpower planManage candidate interview schedules and coordinate open day scheduleHelp with identifying and managing external recruitment agencies and overseas vendorsSupport the execution open days as per company specifications and standardsReview all CV’s received from the portal and recruitment sites for initiate screeningEnsure that the MAF Retail, Carrefour franchisee recruitment portal follows the set policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources3-5 years of experience in the recruitment , retail experience is preferredExperience in hiring both white and blue collars is preferredStrong negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail
