+ TA Fresher Recruiter + Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants. + Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable. + Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process. + Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process. + Maintain timely and clear communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience. + Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers. + Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). + Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
