Talent Acquisition Advisor/ RPO

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor/RPO for a multinational company in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities: Conduct the search, selection, and assessment of candidates, managing all stages of the process to ensure the identification of the most suitable talent for the client’s needs.
• Manage recruitment processes end to end—from identifying and attracting candidates to evaluating and presenting them—using professional methodologies and tools.
• Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and provide professional advisory services focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, as well as assessments focused on values and cultural fit, and perform additional evaluations when necessary.
• Strengthen clients’ employer branding by carefully managing the candidate experience and ensuring clear, professional communication aligned with corporate standards.
• Analyze and optimize recruitment processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions that increase efficiency, quality, and methodological rigor.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and analyses related to process evolution and labor market trends.
• Participate in cross-functional Human Resources projects based on organizational needs.

Requirements: University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. Additional training in Human Resources, HR analytics, or AI-related programs will be valued.
• Knowledge of or interest in digital tools and technologies applied to recruitment, as well as an innovative mindset.
• Languages: English level C1. Additional languages will be positively valued.
• Key competencies: excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, proactivity, results orientation, teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, and strong commitment to service quality.
