The Role & Its Impact

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, driving full-cycle recruitment for critical roles at all levels. Your expertise will ensure hiring strategies are aligned with business goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and advancing diversity and inclusion across the workforce.

Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $43-50
 

What You’ll Do Day to Day

Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer

Partner with executive leadership, hiring managers, site leaders, and HR teams to identify current and future talent needs

Ensure recruiting processes are effective, integrated, and aligned with overall business objectives

Support all hiring stages, including pre-selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines

Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, database mining, internet research, and social media platforms

Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to inform recruiting strategies

Collaborate with centralized recruiting resources to drive efficient, cost-effective hiring solutions

Partner with external search firms and research vendors when needed

Stay current on sourcing tools, recruiting technologies, and industry trends

Promote employer branding, organizational values, and diversity through candidate interactions and social channels

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience

Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple teams and departments

Strong experience documenting hiring requirements and developing compelling candidate value propositions

Demonstrated success delivering results in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience recruiting with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Aerospace and/or manufacturing industry experience

Experience coordinating and attending recruitment events

Familiarity with SAP HR and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Taleo or SuccessFactors

Pay Details: $43.00 to $50.00 per hour
