The Tactical Buyer for Radiometer is responsible for:
+ Executing tactical actions in line with the defined Plastics category strategy
+ Aligning procurement initiatives with overall financial objectives
+ Managing supplier relationships within the Plastics category
+ Driving annual material price development and cost optimization initiatives
+ Conducting proactive and reactive sourcing activities for the Plastics category
+ Providing timely and effective internal support to meet procurement requirements
This position is part of the Purchase and Logistics Department located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. z o.o. in Stargard and will be on site (ul. Stalowa 6). At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Play a key role in shaping and executing the Plastics category strategy within a global organization
+ Actively influence cost development and financial performance through strategic sourcing and negotiations
+ Build and develop strong partnerships with key suppliers, having real impact on long-term collaboration
+ Gain hands-on experience in both proactive and reactive sourcing activities across a dynamic supply base
The essential requirements for this role include:
+ A university degree in business, logistics, engineering, management, or finance
+ A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an international sourcing or procurement role within an industrial environment, preferably in the medical device industry
+ Demonstrated negotiation skills in an international business environment
+ Strong tactical mindset combined with the ability to think long term and drive continuous improvement
+ High analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, budgets, and cost-saving structures
It would be an advantage if you are a well-organized, consistent, and self-driven professional with experience in:
+ Identifying and evaluating solution alternatives to reduce costs while improving quality and reliability
+ Working within the Plastics category, including materials, suppliers, or sourcing strategies
