The Technical Support is responsible for qualified Technical Support for our Customers and internal Support team. The candidate will be responsible for providing remote technical support for state-of-the-art cancer diagnostic equipment (e.g., digital pathology equipment, histology equipment, immunohistochemistry equipment and others). The goal is to ensure technical support that guarantees the accuracy of diagnoses and customer satisfaction, focusing on speed and technical compliance.
This position reports to the Technical Support Supervisor and is part of the Services (TAC) located in São Paulo and will be fully Home Office.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
+ Remote Support: Handling technical support requests remotely (phone/email), identifying faults and providing accurate technical solutions.
+ Documentation: Record all maintenance interactions and activities in the Salesforce system, maintaining accurate service reports and up-to-date records.
+ Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to senior support engineering or product specialists as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include
+ Education: Technical or Technological degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Biomedical Systems, or related fields.
+ Experience: Experience with customer support for medical/hospital equipment, preferably diagnostic equipment (Pathology). Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
+ Language: Technical English for Service Manual reading and writing.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
+ Advanced English (written and spoken)
+ Active CFT (or related)
