Title: Systems Specialist (Scrum Master- Commercial B2B) Duties: The Systems Engineer will serve as a Scrum Master for the Commercial B2B team. This position will provide guidance to our initiatives across multiple areas, manage the sequencing, and execute within the budget and timeline requirements. Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies and activities. Manage stakeholders’ communications. Manage and communicate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies in a timely manner during the execution of the projects. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects and programs. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. Defining the program governance (controls). Lead the team toward delivering our customer’s solution in time and within budget. Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings. Develop, manage and control deadlines, budgets, and scope. Apply change risk and resource management techniques as needed. You will also manage releases and run scrum ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint refinement, sprint reviews, and release debriefs. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science, or related and 5 years of commercial and digital experience in a large retail environment, including: • Scrum and Agile methods including implementing Kanban and TDD for cross functional teams • Managing releases and running sprints including working with Release managers; plan completed work for pilot; chain releases through Power Apps; pilot and chain validation process, and monitoring for reported incidents • Backlog management including reviewing and prioritizing user stories to prepare for sprints and grooming the product backlog to break down initiatives into smaller units of work • Project management across several countries including India and Mexico including creating and managing JIRA project dashboards for tracking daily status
