**What You Will Do**
- JOB SUMMARY
Manages current computer systems and programs. Performs analysis and design for new systems, system enhancements and/or production problem support. Assists the Development Manager with administrative functions related to systems.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ Manages major production systems and programs by collecting information necessary to define system problems. Meets with users to determine problems or requirements. Analyzing documents, files, reports, and programs related to the systems and recommending solutions.
+ Implements major new systems and/or system enhancements by performing analysis and the design for new systems and/or systems enhancements. Prepares programs specification and test plans. Supervises the programming and testing efforts to ensure all programs function properly.
+ Develops and maintains project plans using automated project management tools by defining tasks, efforts, and resources necessary to complete the project.
+ Assists staff members in the completion of programming assignments by reviewing program codes, providing support with testing, and debugging activities.
+ Meets all assignment due dates by coordinating staff activities. Works on multiple projects simultaneously and keeps management informed of any issues that could prevent completion of an assignment.
+ Completes all work within the framework of departmental standards by following prescribed methods documented within the department. Ensure every product and/or service produced is of quality service.
**Qualifications**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology along with experience in Manufacturing Information Systems (SAP MII)
2) Experience in implementing solutions using SAP MII and/or NetWeaver.
3) Expert knowledge of general Web technologies, XML, HTML, JavaScript, ASP (Classic), ASP.NET etc.
4) Experience in implementing and supporting various vendor packages, especially supporting Manufacturing Environment.
5) Experience in planning and performing upgrades to existing software and assessing the impacts of the upgrades to interfaces to external systems.
6) Experience developing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and Views in various database types including MS SQL Server, and Oracle.
7) Experience in writing programs for event-driven processes.
8) Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Architecture, including Terminal Services and Virtual Server environments and a working knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking.
9) Strong troubleshooting skills in resolving interface issues between systems.
10) Strong documentation skills creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for stand-alone systems about both daily and disaster recovery backup.
11) Experience in implementing solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies.
12) Programming Languages: C#, VB6, VBScript
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field of study with 7 years systems development work experience or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, or related field of study with 9 years systems development work experience.
+ Must be 21 years of age or older.

**Work Environment and Physical Demand**
· This is a hybrid role; the candidate must be in North Carolina area and be available at the Greensboro manufacturing facility when needed.
· Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves moderate to heavy weight objects (10–50 lbs.).
· Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
