We are experiencing growth and we are looking for a System Integration and Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford, MA facility.

You will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and testing of complex systems. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, and you will play a key role in architecting new test stands, designing test solutions, and developing algorithms and techniques.

What You Will Be Doing

As a System Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design, development, and testing of complex digital, RF, and/or microwave custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems
• Collaborating with engineering teams, program management teams, and production floor teams to ensure alignment and successful test equipment development
• Troubleshooting and debugging existing test equipment and developing new equipment
• Analyzing and resolving problems, and managing and prioritizing your own workload
• Generating status reports, project plans, and work instructions using Microsoft Office products
• Writing, editing, and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW or C)
• Working effectively in a team environment, communicating complex ideas clearly, and having excellent problem-solving skills

Basic Qualifications:
-STEM degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience.

-Experience troubleshooting and debugging existing test equipment and developing new equipment.

-Experience writing, editing and supporting existing software code base (LabVIEW and/or TestStand).

-Experience using Microsoft Office products to generate status reports, project plans, work instructions, etc.

-Experience in analyzing and resolving problems.

-Experience in managing and prioritizing your own workload that may consist of several tasks at once.

**Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
-A minimum of 5 years of professional level
career experience is preferred.
