Job title: Systems Integration & Test Engineer

Job Description

Plans implements tests documents and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components elements subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards solves hardware/software interface problems defines input/output parameters and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews evaluates and derives requirements for testability develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software components subsystems and systems.

Responsibilities

Supporting overall sensor System Integration Qualification and Verification Developing and executing Subsystem/System-level testsSupport preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events including SW developmentPerform Environmental Testing ESS EMI Thermal etc and Acceptance Testing ATP FTPPerform environmental qualification and EMI testing at the subsystem and system level as requiredSupport maintenance of ICDs in concert with other functional groupsSupport test readiness preparation and test readiness reviewsSupport ground and flight test events as required. Additional responsibilities include coordinating test events with Reliability Software Electrical and Mechanical functional organizations.

Required Experience and Skills:

2-4 Years experience with EO Sensor Development/Testing2-4 Years experience of Electronic Testing2-4 Years experience of Mechanical Testing

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Demonstrated missile/sensor/platform integration experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated sensor integration experience on military platformsCameo/Model-Based Systems Engineering experience (1-3yrs)

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite in Orlando, FL and they work on a 4/10 schedule, working 4 10-hour days and have every Friday off.

This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $71.59 - $71.59/hr.
