Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer with over 12 years of experience in systems engineering, specializing in end-to-end verification for hardware systems. The role involves supporting spaceflight hardware, satellites, and launch vehicles. You will be responsible for designing tests, procedures, and test articles for electrical and mechanical spaceflight hardware.
Responsibilities
Design and execute tests and procedures for electrical and mechanical spaceflight hardware.Conduct environmental testing, including shock, thermal vacuum (tvac), and vibration testing.Support hardware systems for spaceflight applications, including satellites and launch vehicles.Essential Skills
12+ years of systems engineering experience.Expertise in test engineering and satellite systems.Proficiency in hardware systems, specifically spaceflight hardware.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with secret level clearance is a plus.Strong background in space flight hardware engineering.Work Environment
The position is based in a manufacturing environment. The role involves working with cutting-edge technology in the space sector, focusing on miniaturized sensors for both ground-based and space-based instrumentation. The programs you will be working on are unclassified payload programs, one EO/IR and the other RF based. specializes in designing, developing, building, and deploying novel instrumentation with a history of prototyping and R&D.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
