Job Description:
This role sits on the Device Operations team and is responsible for managing and supporting customer‑facing network devices such as cable modems, routers, and fiber CPE used across our clients production network. The position focuses on overseeing device firmware updates, validating new devices before launch, troubleshooting performance or outage issues, and working closely with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve problems quickly and with minimal customer impact. The role also supports the full lifecycle of device deployment, maintains Linux‑based systems and monitoring tools, analyzes data to diagnose issues, and participates in on‑call support to ensure network reliability. Overall, it is a hands‑on operational role that blends device management, troubleshooting, process coordination, and collaboration across technical teams to maintain stable, high‑quality customer connectivity.
Requirements:
AWSLinux Python, Shell, Bash, Perl, etc. Knowledge of CPE (Customer Premise Equipment) or knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, DHCP, and DNS (focus on layers 1-4 of the OSI Model). 1443194_1769020812 To Apply for this Job Click Here
