Job Title: Systems Engineer

Job Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is seeking a Contract Manager to join our team in Camp Humpries, South Korea. The Contract Manager will oversee and manage performance of a staff of 50+ technical subject matter experts (SMEs) providing technical support to US Pacific Command (PACOM) headquarters and the USFK J6. The project associated with this position is currently in the proposal stage.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Zone and provision storage solutions for a virtualized environment to handle user profile data, configuration replication, and backupsDeploy software and operating system images via automated tools and processes such as MECM, WSUS, and scriptingAbility to engineer and deploy and enterprise Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure.Experience interpreting, implementing, and assessing DISA STIGsEngineer highly available and fault tolerant solutions.Design, configure and implement CSfC solutions based upon the customer’s performance criteria and specificationsConduct systems pre-test and acceptance tests to validate the designed performance criteriaStructure mock designs based upon RFP specifications in support of the Bids & Proposal teamsCollaborate with government and /or subcontractors at customer site for CSfC solution integration into existing infrastructureDevelop and perform technical presentations for customersServe as technical resource at customer briefingsMentor junior engineers and techniciansServe as technical lead on projects
Minimum Qualifications

An active, in-scope US Government issued Current Secret Security clearance.

Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

Maintain advanced knowledge of administration, engineering, and implementation of virtual desktop infrastructure-related technologiesKnowledge of cybersecurity hardening practices for major operating system platforms (Windows, Linux, Cisco IOS, etc.)Familiarity with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM)Experience monitoring, diagnosing, and optimizing system performance while maintaining IA complianceKnowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methodsExperience designing secure networks, systems, and application architecturesExperience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and proceduresAbility to communicate network security issues to peers and customersExperience with producing artifacts required for and submitting Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages using the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS).Experience designing and implementing Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) Multi-Site Connectivity Capability Package desiredProficient in Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required, including Microsoft SharePointSystems integration and lab experience desiredExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsGood oral and written communications skillsExperience in using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD is desired
