Summary

Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! Our Systems Analyst Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Information Technology around our Supply Chain areas, CPG and Food Production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.

What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities Ability to work with cross-functional IT and business Supply Chain teams toUnderstand business requirements and document for approval and/or develop solutions and/or logic to solveResearch IT solutions to problems using our production support and SharePoint knowledgebase repositories and document root causeAssist Supply Chain IT team with communicating upcoming Supply Chain IT related as part of OCM(organization change management) protocolsUsing available technology to enhance and improving business processesThe ideal candidate would collaboratively work with various team members that will improve teamwork skillsMinimum Education Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study – Supply Chain, Computer Science and Business (programming experience preferred)Must have a minimum of a 3.5 GPA or higherExperience Requirements Basic understanding of Supply Chain concepts and a willingness to learn more Interest in developing strategic roadmaps for Supply Chain planning with guidance from team membersExposure to IT Governance Processes and eager to gain experience in project prioritizationAbility to assist with business case development and project ROI calculations, with supportSome experience or coursework related to Enterprise Supply Planning and Demand Planning solutionsGeneral awareness of ERP business processes such as SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, QM), and Product Lifecycle Management is beneficialBasic knowledge of databases (such as Oracle) and an interest in learning SQL for data analysisProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with experience creating simple Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentationsSome exposure to Microsoft Project or similar tools, with a desire to learn more about project scheduling and critical path planningExperience Preferred Seeking an intern who has gained some relevant on-the-job experience and is eager to further develop their skills in Demand and Supply systems and architectureSolid foundation in supply chain planning functions for manufacturing companies, with hands-on exposure to planning solution tools such as Blue Yonder (including Enterprise Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, and S&OE), and experience with SAP ERP is highly valuedPossess basic knowledge of Data Analytics and/or AI concepts and tools and demonstrate flexibility with work assignments across different business areasStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to create effective presentations, are essentialExperience with business and technical leadership, IT governance policies and procedures (such as those at Perdue), and exposure to areas like information security, procurement, NDAs/MSAs, and project governance is desirableCandidates should be able to adapt to changing priorities, maintain clear communication, and coordinate effectively with vendorsEnvironmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
