Job Description Insight Global is looking for a systems analyst for one of our major retail clients on the Global Product Technology team. Responsibilities include: • Doing release coordination and responsible for ensuring team coordination for their current and upcoming processes • Engagement with cross functional teams ensuring quality of releases • Establishing change processes across the team • Capture high-level functional and technical requirements • Lead functional solution design discussions and system configurations • Provide technical oversight into technology systems • Support system administration and maintenance of metadata, hierarchies, end-user documentation, and support for business operations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
