We are seeking a **Systems Administrator** to join our team. In this role, you will manage order processing, customer service operations, and subscription maintenance for BNC and MBS stores, helping ensure accurate billing, seamless order fulfillment, and a high-quality customer experience.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
+ Coordinate with business partners regarding hardware maintenance and software quotes, including monthly end-user reporting for new equipment.
+ Prepare and track purchase orders and billing.
+ Process equipment and software orders for BNC and MBS stores, ensuring accuracy in configurations and pricing.
+ Maintain precise documentation for proposals, handoffs, purchase orders, and installations.
+ Serve as the primary liaison with vendors.
+ Manage Worldpay/Paymetric contracts, including account onboarding and cancellations.
+ Oversee customer maintenance renewal accounts and initiate collection efforts for delinquent accounts.
+ Review reports to monitor payment status and resolve purchase order discrepancies.
+ Assist customers with invoices, credit, and statement inquiries.
+ Distribute invoices and ensure billing accuracy across BNC and MBS stores.
+ Support account deactivation processes and related administrative tasks.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
+ Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
+ Exceptional verbal and telephone communication skills.
