We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and ongoing support of multi-user computer systems. This role involves working closely with network and infrastructure teams to maintain system stability, security, and performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support multi-user systems, including creating and managing administrator and service accounts.Collaborate with network administrators and other IT teams to maintain smooth day-to-day system operations.Install, configure, and maintain system-wide software and applications.Monitor, tune, and optimize system performance for efficiency and reliability.Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation.Manage storage resources, including disk space allocation and backup capacity.Support backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection and business continuity.Engage with end users to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance.Evaluate vendor hardware and software solutions and provide recommendations for procurement.Coordinate installation and implementation of new hardware and software.Develop, implement, and monitor policies, standards, and best practices related to system usage and computing resources.Required SkillsREQUIRED: Top Secret Security Clearance1+ years of Systems Administrator experienceSystem Administration: Experience managing multi-user computer systems and user accounts.Operating Systems: Proficiency with enterprise-level OS (Windows Server, or Linux/Unix).Performance Optimization: Ability to monitor and tune system performance.Storage Management: Knowledge of disk space allocation and backup strategies.Backup & Recovery: Familiarity with disaster recovery and data protection processes.Security Best Practices: Implementing and maintaining system security standards.
