Job Description
• Monitor and optimize LTE/5G network performance using hourly/daily KPIs, alarms, and trends.
• Lead/represent Performance Engineering on feature rollouts, new node integrations, and centralized projects—manage deliverables and hold partners accountable.
• Troubleshoot RAN hardware and performance issues—independently and via coordination with RF, Field, Integration, and Core teams.
• Identify poor coverage/performance areas, run root cause analysis, and propose/track optimization actions (parameter tuning, feature activation, neighbor changes, tilt/power tweaks).
• Collect and analyze drive test data, including post‑processing and mapping to geo‑location platforms; feed insights into build program prioritization.
• Report issues to the right engineering owners and close the loop with clear documentation and status updates.
• Support customer issue resolution, correlating complaints to network data and implementing quick-hit and longer-term fixes.
