**Description** SAIC is seeking a **Senior** **System Integration Manager** to serve on a team supporting SAIC's **Integrative Battle Command Systems (IBCS)** Team in **Fort Sill, OK.** **JOB DESCRIPTION:** In this role, you will oversee the integration of various systems and technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability and functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet the needs of the organization. + Lead, mentor, and manage a team of systems integration engineers and specialists + Develop strategic plans for integration projects and ensure timely execution + Oversee multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget + Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk assessments + Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish deliverables + Design, implement, and optimize integration solutions involving various technologies and platforms + Provide regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and achievements + Collaborate with other departments to align integration projects with business goals and objectives **Qualifications** **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** + Bachelors and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree **REQUIRED SKILLS:** + Experience identifying, analyzing, and coordinating stakeholder needs and translating them into technical or operational requirements + Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence, including the ability to communicate with senior government officials on a regular basis + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize, and articulate competing demands to peers and management + Proficiency in integration tools and platforms + Proven experience in managing large-scale integration projects + Familiarity with project management methodologies + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities **REQUIRED CLEARANCE:** + Active Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required) SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
