What You'll Do Provide executive‑level oversight of Food & Environmental Services across multiple acute‑care facilities.Lead and develop direct‑report managers, each responsible for teams and operations at the site level.Build and foster high‑trust, strategic relationships with senior client executives and operational stakeholders.Ensure consistent service excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered outcomes across all hospitals.Champion Sodexo’s culture while navigating and strengthening a mature union environment.Identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and create structure and accountability.Drive system‑wide innovation in quality, safety, efficiency, and workforce engagement.
