Key job responsibilities
• Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions that bridge Salesforce and Amazon Advertising systems, focusing on campaign trafficking, workflow orchestration, and operational excellence improvements.
• Build scalable technology solutions using modern software engineering practices, including APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure to support high-volume advertising operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable systems.
• Apply operational excellence principles by developing monitoring, alerting, and automated testing frameworks that ensure system reliability and performance at scale.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
