Job Description: • Review and understand configuration specification/design documents • Configure workforce management solutions for both Central and Dimensions • Complete quality assurance testing of solutions • Document test cases results • Deploy and release configuration to productions environment • Provide clear and concise status updates to team and project leadership '• General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. • Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues. • Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards. • Exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve modestly complex problems. • Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule with guidance from leads/managers. • Participates in the completion of departmental projects and goals. • Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally require an expenditure of resources to rectify. '• Operate under direct supervision of Leads/Managers as an individual contributor • Escalate issues to the Leads/Managers as necessary • Receives direct and close supervision for all work with limited use of instructions • Completes tasks according to specific order and priority as set by Leads/Managers '•Proficient utilization PC Microsoft Office •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Ability to work in a team environment •Basic Understanding: Databases, IT, MIS •Basic Understanding: Human Resources and Payroll processes and policies (preferred) Education/Experience: '• B.Tech/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline (or related experience) • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience • Knowledge of Enterprise Software Applications preferred (e.g. UKG Pro WFM, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday) Company Overview: UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
