Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.Directing and motivating project team.Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.Eliminate physical paperwork across shop floor and office processes.Develop low-code applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Forms.Establish data chains for connection, collection, initial analysis, and visualization.Smart Apps development against process improvements.Design and deploy smart applications for process efficiency and error-proofing.Implement process and plant simulation tools for operational improvements.Initiate Level 1 digital twin applications for machining and testing processes.Expand process simulation across the entire value stream.Deploy IoT infrastructure and initiate Level 2 digital plant studies (energy, material flow, process flow, digital twin).Managing development, implementation and continual improvement of the operating methods, system infrastructure used to realize operating goals and objectives.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in system architecture, automation, or digital manufacturing projects.Proficiency in low-code platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) and data visualization tools (Power BI).Strong knowledge of IoT technologies, process simulation tools, and digital twin concepts.Experience in data integration, analytics, and dashboard development.Familiarity with manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 technologies.C# programming development is critical for this role.Additional information
The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
