The Role
The Wealth Solutions Experience Chapter Area is seeking a skillful upbeat Systems Analyst This role requires a selfstarter who can champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development team to help craft and implement solutions
You will work in a Squad focused on enabling our Wealth Management business in Fidelity through Flexible Scalable platforms and report to a Chapter Leader your manager whose primary focus is to help you develop in your career and skills.
The Expertise You Have
8 years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
Proven experience researching optimizing developing and authoring solution requirements user stories and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
Proven experience with Structured Query Language SQL and programming in general
Strong understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools
Proven experience working with REST SOAP JSON and APIs
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
Deep knowledge of scrum tools Jira experience desirable
Good knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development GherkinCucumber
Test Data Generation using tools like Hexawise
Release coordination
Be able to articulate complex system interactions through diagrams and crisp documentation to a wide spectrum of audiences
Ability to understand the technical aspects of the software including understanding of code to be able to understand the business logic understand technical architecture
Produce artifacts business flow diagrams
Have good understanding of solution architecture and partner with Architects Business Analysts and tech leads
Build OpenAPI contracts
Have end to end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences both technical and nontechnical
Be the point of contact and Subject matter Expert in the products supported by the squad in addition to having broader understanding of the product area
Prod incidents analysis Splunk queries build dashboardsalerts
Any experience with AIML products eg supervised learning models recommendation systems reinforcement learning is a plus
Bachelors Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
