**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator for Sunnyside Apartments at the University of Utah. This role will administer all systems and technology used by Sunnyside Apartments to serve the residents of Family and Graduate Student housing. This role will also be the in-house expert on these systems to assist the team in how to perform processes effectively.

**Responsibilities**
* Manage the Yardi Housing Management System, which includes Voyager, CRM Flex, Rent Café, and other modules within that environment.
* Manage the Keystone system and server used for key assignment and tracking.
* Work with the BAS systems on-site in conjunction with University Facilities and Sunnyside Maintenance.
* Manages Peoplesoft data integrations with Yardi.
* Manage reporting for Sunnyside Apartments Main Office and Maintenance.
* Provide regular training and troubleshooting support to internal users accessing Yardi Voyager to improve their use of Yardi Voyager, CRM Flex, and Rent Café, and ensure alignment with housing operations goals.
* Create new views and informational reports within Yardi, Keystone, and BAS , both in reaction to and in anticipation of leadership needs.
* Manages system upgrades, integrations, and implementations in partnership with Auxiliary IT team members.
* Keeps up to date on technology needs, users and desired enhancements to existing systems.
* Is the primary point of contact for system vendor-partners.
* Ensures vendors are complying with campus IT security requirements.
* Attends conferences and trainings with vendor-partners regularly.
* Audits system user accounts regularly and tracks access needs.
* Manage office Outlook calendars and shared email resources.
* Ensure data integrity through system audits and process documentation.
* Works closely with Auxiliary Services IT and UIT .
* Establish procedures and related policy.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the department’s goals and objectives.
**Minimum Qualifications**
**EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT :** 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
**Systems Administrator, III :** Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
**Preferences**
* Experience with Yardi Voyager, or similar housing software preferred.
* Experience with SQL queries and databases preferred.
* Experience in system and server administration preferred.
* Experience managing technical assets.
* Knowledge of how to coordinate and maintain vendor relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
