What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Assists in ensuring continuous server performance and reliability through identification, acquisition, installation and maintenance of integrated system components. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues detected by monitoring or user reports. Advises and consults with IS management and lines of business regarding new server technologies consistent with corporate objectives; provides input on system capabilities and recommends developments and upgrades of server-based systems and processes. Provides primary point of contact as systems Business Partner for internal customers. Provides routine and ad hoc metrics, reports, and communications on system performance and operation issues. Serves on related projects, as needed. May assist less experienced staff on system issues. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent Systems Administration work experience in lieu of degree.Experience in Windows Administration, Microsoft domain administration and user administration,Experience with troubleshooting complex issues, Backup Administration a plus, NTFS Permissions for folders/files in a Windows environment.Good understanding of server hardware, software, networking, and storage systems. Hands-on experience with one or more server environments and architecture. May have knowledge in ITIL processes. Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. Good troubleshooting, problem identification and problem resolution skills. Total Rewards PackageSalary: $77,000-$100,000 per year and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
