We're seeking a Communications Support Specialist to support a major St. Louis-based organization with high-volume call handling, phone system management, and internal service coordination. This role offers the chance to support executive teams, partner closely with administrative groups, and work hands-on with Cisco systems in a collaborative workplace — plus, it’s a pet-friendly environment! ✨ What You’ll Do You will play a key role in managing incoming calls, supporting internal phone systems, and assisting employees across the company. Primary Responsibilities Handle 80–100 incoming calls per day Maintain and update Teams, Cisco, and ORM user extensions Assign new extensions for all new hires and remove extensions for separations Set up voicemail and send instructions to new hires Complete Archibus phone directory updates and setups Notify managers of new extensions Coordinate with the Cisco team for phone-related issues Create service tickets in SAP for phone activations or repairs Support and screen calls for executive leadership on the 15th floor Collaborate closely with the OCA team and floor administrators Handle irate callers with professionalism Address coupon inquiries and product-related questions Respond to help desk calls (x3777) Assist with password resets and voicemail issues Report and track dead ports requiring service Answer internal calls regarding campus support (e.g., locked offices, events) 🎓 Education & Experience High School Diploma required 3+ year of customer service experience (phone center, switchboard, call center, etc.) 🐾 Work Environment Local to Saint Louis, MO Pet-friendly workplace If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now, post your UPDATED resume and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
