Job Title: Swiss Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Swiss Machinist responsible for operating Swiss machines to produce primarily orthopedic products such as bone screws. The role involves monitoring parts to ensure they remain within tolerance and making necessary adjustments or tool changes.

Responsibilities

Operate Swiss machines including Tsugami Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss.Monitor parts during production to ensure they meet tolerance specifications.Work with materials such as titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek.Make adjustments and tool changes to maintain product tolerance.Perform quality checks on own parts.

Essential Skills

Experience in operating CNC Swiss machines, specifically Tsugami, for 2+ years.Proficiency in reading blueprints and quality inspection.Knowledge of deburring, g&m codes, tool changes, and machine offsets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
