Swiss Machinist
**Job Title: Swiss Machinist** **Pay: $28-34/HR** **Job Description** As a Swiss Machinist, you will be responsible for operating advanced Swiss machinery, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss, primarily producing orthopedic products such as bone screws. You will ensure the parts are within tolerance and adjust offsets or tools as necessary, working with materials like titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, and peek. You will also be responsible for checking your own parts to maintain quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate Swiss machinery, including Bx, BH Turret, and 327 laser Swiss. + Produce orthopedic products like bone screws. + Monitor parts to ensure they are within tolerance. + Adjust offsets or tools to maintain tolerance. + Check own parts for quality assurance. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of recent experience operating and running CNC Swiss (Tsugami). + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Experience with machine offset and tool changes. + Knowledge of G&M codes and quality inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with medical parts is a plus but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a smaller-sized medical device shop equipped with brand-new machinery, staying ahead in technology and automation.
