Job Description
Join a dynamic manufacturing company specializing in aerospace defense and commercial sectors, producing high-quality plastic and metal parts. We are seeking skilled CNC Swiss Lathe Machinists for both 1st and 2nd shift positions. Enjoy a flexible schedule with 4x10’s Monday through Thursday, allowing you to start your weekend early every Friday.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC lathes to produce precision parts.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits to ensure part accuracy.Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators.Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes as required by specifications.Monitor machine performance and perform routine maintenance.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3+ years’ experience setting Swiss Machines.Ability to effectively install tooling, set-up and program Swiss Hanwha lathes unsupervised.Capability to change tools and edit programs for increased efficiency.Proficiency in using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.Ability to read, interpret and work from engineering prints, drawings, and sketches.Competence in inspecting and being responsible for the quality of your own work.Experience with Hanwha lathes is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent changeovers.Ability to work effectively with little to no supervision.Strong time management and problem-solving skills.Drive to learn and grow in your role.Team player mentality.Willingness to train operators on running equipment.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
Direct placement position
Eligible after 60 days for Medical, dental, vision, 401K, 8 holidays per year, 3 sick days per year, 1 week of PTO 1st year and 2 weeks of PTO 2nd year, Rewards program Monthly and Quarterly with gift cards
