**Job Title: Shift Production Worker** Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for our production team to construct various wooden pallets, crates, and storage units for shipping and manufacturing clients. The role requires strong math skills and proficiency in reading and using a tape measure. Responsibilities + Construct wooden pallets, crates, and storage units. + Work at various stations using band saws, table saws, or circular saws to cut lumber. + Use heavy nail guns that shoot 2-inch nails for assembly. + Accurately measure materials using a tape measure. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using a tape measure. + Strong math skills. + Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. + Previous experience with heavy nail guns, pneumatic drills, and saws is preferred. + A strong work ethic and positive attitude. Work Environment The work environment is loud with continuous use of nail guns and various saws. The facility is divided into several work stations with lumber surrounding each area. Be prepared to work in hot and cold conditions depending on the weather. You will work alone or in small teams of 2-3 associates, requiring physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and stacking materials. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
