**Job Title: Swing Shift Loader** **Job Description** This role involves pulling orders as a material handler for 3-4 hours, followed by sorting, staging, and loading orders onto trucks. You will operate a 5,000lb gas-powered sit-down forklift and handle materials such as doors, decking, and moulding. **Responsibilities** + Pull and sort orders for trucks. + Stage orders and load trucks efficiently. + Operate a 5,000lb gas-powered sit-down forklift. + Handle materials including doors, decking, and moulding. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Assist with inventory and other tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience with loading and order pulling. + Prior forklift experience is mandatory. + Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 100lbs. + Strong work ethic and self-motivation. + Ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Past experience in construction, production, or warehouse is beneficial. + Familiarity with RF scanners and shipping & receiving processes. + Comfortable working around paint, chemicals, and sawdust. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a slight shift differential after conversion. The environment includes lumber, building products, and door manufacturing. The company is investing heavily in warehouse improvements and equipment upgrades, such as forklifts. The warehouse is expansive, with wood scraps present. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
