Support daily outpatient clinic operations and assist therapists with high-quality patient care
Lead, coach, and support therapy techs to ensure smooth workflows and excellent patient experiences
Serve as a go-to resource for clinic organization, communication, and problem-solving

Responsibilities Assists in implementing treatment activities assigned and supported by the Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapists and/or AssistantsHelps record patient progress for the therapists as requestedWorks well with patients and team, maintaining professional communication and boundaries Reports any safety concerns, or issues to management immediatelyKeeps treatment areas organized and clean.Accompanies patients on community outings, as neededDrives the van transporting patients on community outings, as neededMaintains the highest standards of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature. Shares information only when recipient's right to access is clearly established and sharing of such information is in the best interest of the patientAdheres to and participates in Company’s mandatory Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act privacy program/practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs/practicesMaintains a professional appearance, is reliable and punctual, cooperative and conducts self in accordance with accepted standards of professional practice during assigned dutiesAttends/participates in internal staff development programs as required by facilityPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education DiplomaA minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing an individual instruction, preferably in a health care environment preferredStrong interest in physical, occupational and/or speech therapy preferredDemonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAble to work independently and part of a teamMaintains a valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance coverage and has a minimum of two years’ experience driving a motor vehicleMotor vehicle driver record background check results are within acceptable company standards at time of hire and annually thereafter About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care. Schedule: Monday- Friday; On-site (No weekends/holidays)
Salary Range USD $17.00 / Hour
