Responsibilities Set-up / Replenish bar station with polished glasswareSet-up / Replenish bar station with ice, dry goods, paper products, juices, cut fruits, and garnishes for service Prepare and serve beverage orders for cocktail servers in a Prepare quality cocktails, beer, and wine according to the Hard Rock beverage standards and / or recipes to all serversMaintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shiftNotify management of maintenance repair issues Complete any additional reasonable requests by management Qualifications Minimum six (6) months of related experience requiredAble to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.Be flexible and adaptable to change.Adheres to state liquor laws and beverage control procedures that pertain to serving and handling.Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional kitchen setting, but there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area. On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
