You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cost-effective sustainability solutions, NABERS assessments, and data analysis to drive energy and environmental efficiency into the daily operations and long-term planning in our client’s buildings. **The Opportunity** + Management of energy, water and waste management performance of each client asset and maintain agreed NABERS ratings through monitoring of usage and savings from implementation of capital works and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes + Assisting with the development of sustainability/NABERS improvement strategies at an individual site (through Strategic Improvement Plans) or broader CR&S strategy and make recommendations to the client + Identify areas for energy and water efficiency improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes + Provide advice on green building rating tools such as Green Star and WELL + Manage Environmental Risk Factors for minimisation of risk to the client, tenants and CBRE + Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and provide building optimisation advice and develop sustainability strategies **About You** We’re looking for a sustainability professional who combines analytical capability, strategic mindset and strong influencing skills. You will bring: + Experience in Sustainability, ESG, Climate Strategy or Environmental Management + Strong knowledge of carbon accounting, climate science, net zero, or ESG reporting + Understanding of frameworks such as GRI, TCFD/ISSB, CDP, Climate Active, SBTi + Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly + Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead cross functional projects + Relevant qualifications in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Corporate Governance or similar + Accredited NABERS and CBD assessor (desirable) **What’s in for you** Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
