**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Sustainability Administrator, you are responsible for the effective administration and maintenance of the company's sustainability platform (Deepki) within the Property Management division. This role ensures data integrity, completeness, and accuracy to support the company’s and its clients’ sustainability goals and reporting requirements. The Sustainability Administrator will collaborate with various teams, including Property Management, Facilities Management, and the PM Sustainability team, to ensure the successful operation and utilization of the platform.
**What You'll Do:**
**Platform Administration:**
+ Maintain the Deepki platform, ensuring data accuracy, currency, and completeness.
+ Manage and maintain the property database within Deepki, accounting for changes in management status and ensuring all necessary building information is present.
+ Configure and maintain the portfolio within Deepki, ensuring accurate building data and data point configurations for utilities and waste.
+ Onboard new properties and portfolio mandates into Deepki in alignment with established processes.
+ Establish and manage the archive process as buildings transition out of management.
+ Coordinate bulk imports of manually collected data.
+ Address platform-related issues and advance when needed.
+ Provide feedback on platform functionality and assist with new feature testing
**Data Management & Reporting:**
+ Work collaboratively with PM sustainability and wider PM teams to ensure data completeness within Deepki.
+ Liaise with PM finance to ensure cost recovery billing schedules are accurate and reflect the managed portfolio.
+ Maintain Specialist Services opportunities tracker and billing schedules to ensure timely bill raising each quarter.
+ Liaise with team to maintain sustainability referrals and opportunities tracker.
+ Assist with sustainability data management in various internal platforms including ENERGY STAR, PULSE, and P2P and system integrations with Deepki
+ Prepare and analyze data for reports and presentations as needed.
+ Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress and provide feedback on platform performance.
**Collaboration & Communication:**
+ Develop strong relationships with PM teams, D&T and third-party suppliers, liaising on system development and issue resolution.
+ Provide project management support for internal and client-related projects.
+ Communicate effectively with collaborators at all levels, including property managers, facilities managers, suppliers, and clients.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Previous commercial experience in an end user environment.
+ Experience with reporting, workflow, and accounting software and data visualization tools is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Sustainability reporting platforms (e.g., Deepki, Envizi, Measurabl, SIERA, Adapt) is valuable.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills.
+ Diligent with a strong sense of dedication and a willingness to learn.
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority.
+ Understanding of basic accounting principles is an advantage.
+ An interest in and understanding of the principles of sustainability and management of utility consumption data would be an advantage.
+ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities.
