The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, supporting clients in Bristol, the South West, and Wales. Key Responsibilities
· Undertake Red Book valuations for a range of non-specialist commercial property types including retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
· Prepare detailed valuation reports for banks, investors, developers, and corporate clients.
· Conduct market research and analysis to support valuation assumptions.
· Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and regulatory changes.
· Assist in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the Valuation & Advisory business.
· Ensure compliance with RICS standards and internal quality assurance procedures.
Requirements:
Essential:
· Recently MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience in commercial property valuation.
· Proven track record of delivering Red Book valuations.
· Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
· Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
Desirable:
· Experience with development appraisals and investment fund valuations.
· Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise valuation software.
· Knowledge of the wider South West and South Wales property markets.
