Cushman & Wakefield are now seeking a motivated Surveyor to join our high‑performing Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS‑qualified professional looking to further develop their career within a dynamic, collaborative, and growth‑driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake valuation instructions across a wide mix of asset classes for loan security, financial reporting, acquisition, and strategic purposes.Deliver high‑quality valuation reports and advice to a broad range of clients.Manage day‑to‑day execution of instructions with appropriate supervision.Contribute to building and maintaining strong client relationships.Support in the delivery of regular valuation programmes and complex one‑off assignments.Help promote the Valuation & Advisory service line to existing and prospective clients.Play an active role in supporting the development of more junior colleagues.

Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret market trends.Ability to form well‑reasoned opinions on property values.Confident managing multiple projects and working to deadlines.Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.Creative thinker able to approach challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset.

Knowledge & ExperienceMRICS qualified.Familiarity with valuation software (e.g., Argus) is desirable.1–3 years’ post‑qualification experience within commercial valuation (Irish market exposure preferred but not essential).Experience working with institutional clients, lenders or property companies is advantageous.
