Job Title: Survey TechnicianJob Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Survey Technician who possesses a high school diploma and has experience with Trimble survey equipment, including GPS and total station. A valid driver's license and survey instrument operation experience are essential for this role.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the field supervisor with all aspects of the daily crew workload.Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations.Supervise the survey crew in the absence of the crew chief.Work independently as a one-person crew when required.Perform daily uploading and downloading of data collectors.Ensure daily care and charging of instrumentation.Continually advance knowledge with upgrades in technology.Essential SkillsHigh school diplomaExperience with Trimble survey equipment (GPS, total station)Valid driver's licenseSurvey instrument operation experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of topography, surveying, ALTA, land surveying, topographic surveys, land development, and GPS technologyFamiliarity with survey tech and land development processesExperience with Carlson softwareWork Environment

This role operates predominantly in the field, an hour from P-ville. The work environment offers a dynamic and flexible setting, featuring a small-business atmosphere with supportive ownership and management. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
