Job Title: Survey Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Survey Project Manager with a strong background in land surveying and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects, developing client relationships, and leading a team to deliver high-quality surveying services.

ResponsibilitiesManage projects by developing project scope, schedule, and fee.Balance workload and resources effectively.Support business development efforts and lead proposal preparation.Serve as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships.Provide technical, design, and project management services as a subject matter expert in land surveying.Lead and supervise the team on diverse projects of varying complexities.Engage in professional development and mentorship of team members.Develop and maintain a network within the industry.Essential SkillsProfessional Land Surveyor (PLS) Certification for Delaware (Maryland is a plus).5 years of experience in a management role.10 years of experience in a surveying role.Proficiency in survey project management, land surveying, and topographic surveys.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Civil 3D, survey analysis, and ALTA surveys.background in land development and engineering.Work Environment

The position is onsite with a work schedule of four 9-hour days and half days on Fridays. The company offers a collaborative and supportive team environment with multiple office locations. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
